The West Willow Creek Ranch is unique in that it is a large privately owned property that is primarily surrounded by public lands, with no interior fences and no fences separating the ranch from adjacent lands. The majority of the CWMU is bordered by BLM land, with the exception of 2 state owned sections located respectively on the North and South perimeter. 2.25 sections of privately owned land on the East side and 2 sections of UTE tribal land on the west side of the ranch.
